Join us by webinar for the first in a three-part series on pathways to a fulfilling career in the field of intellectual property. Our first webinar will explore different options in the patent field. We will hear from Dominique Hussey, Anil Bhole and Heather Mueller, leading patent practitioners from the litigation, prosecution and in-house sectors.

Dominique Hussey is Vice Chair and Toronto Managing Partner at Bennett Jones. In addition to her role as Toronto Managing Partner, Dominique leads the Intellectual Property Litigation group and is co-head of the firm’s Innovation, Technology and Branding group. She served as lead director of the firm's partnership board for the past four years.

Anil Bhole is the founder and managing partner of Bhole IP Law. He is a lawyer, patent agent and trademark agent whose practice leans heavily on providing strategic guidance to his clients, which span various industries but are most heavily research institutions, AI-based software companies, and cryptography providers. Prior to founding Bhole IP Law, Anil practiced at two national full service law firms in their IP groups..

Heather Mueller is Director, Intellectual Property at NCS Multistage in Calgary. Heather is a registered Patent Agent in both Canada and the USA, working in the field of technology development, commercialization, and patent portfolio management since 1999. Heather has worked with innovators and entrepreneurs in various fields of science and engineering, including agricultural and pharmaceutical, oil and gas equipment and processes, and environmental and cleantech sectors.

The panel will be moderated by Kelly Stewart, TIPG President, and an associate at Rowand LLP.
